Breast augmentation – silicone implant breast enlargement

If you are interested in breast augmentation using your own fat deposits, instead of silicone implants, read the page about Breast Lipofilling.

Breast augmentation is one of the most popular procedures performed across the globe – and it happens to be one of my favourites too. I want to give my patients the best results with the least amount of discomfort and the least amount of healing time. That’s why I choose to use state-of-the-art technology in breast augmentation.

With the help of the Ellman radiofrequency machine, combined with non-traumatic and “no-touch” methods, I have the opportunity to pay more attention to the tissues. Thus, the incisions are as small as possible.

Breast augmentation can also be combined with breast lift, known as mastopexy. The procedure is recommended for people who:

  • Want a more voluminous look for their breasts;
  • Want a breast lift along with their enlargement;
  • Want to correct asymmetry or any other genetic problem.

How do I prepare for breast augmentation?

First, we will meet for a consultation to determine what your expectations are and what we can do to make them a reality. Many women are anxious when it comes to breast augmentation, especially since it involves the insertion of a foreign object – so we’ll discuss the risks, preparations and any other questions in detail.

You will then have to take blood tests to make sure you are fit enough to undergo such an intervention.

In the weeks leading up to breast augmentation surgery, you will need to:

  • Avoid taking aspirin or any other anti-inflammatory medication;
  • Keep yourself very well hydrated.

What will happen during the operation?

I will make an incision under the breast, called an inframammary incision. Using the Ellman RF, I will create the space necessary to place a “test implant”/sizer. With it, I will see if the size is right, if the breasts are symmetrical.

Afterwards, I will insert the Mentor implant, close the incision, and then you will be taken to your room, where you will wake up from anaesthesia.

What will happen after breast augmentation?

You will be hospitalised overnight to make sure you feel well and recover easily from anaesthesia. Then the next day you will go home. You will have several days of rest, hydration and sleep. Afterwards, after 2-3 days, you will be able to return to your daily activities.

The scars will heal and, depending on your own metabolism, they will be almost imperceptible. #FindTheScarChallenge

Breast augmentation surgery with breast implant

Breast aesthetic interventions are one of my favourite areas. For breast remodelling, you can opt for breast augmentation surgery with a breast implant or with your own fat or, on the contrary, breast reduction. In some cases, the interventions may also include breast lifting or mastopexy. Breast augmentation operations with breast implants are performed using radiofrequency.

Modern techniques allow obtaining results with quick recovery. During the breast augmentation surgery with breast implant, I will use the Ellman radiofrequency cautery, and through atraumatic “non-touching” techniques and increased attention to tissue manipulation, the postoperative discomfort is minimal, the patient being able to resume their activities a few days after the operation. During the preoperative consultation, we will choose together the optimal method for breast remodelling.

For increased postoperative comfort, no drain tubes are used. The incisions are small and afterwards the optimal solutions for the modern treatment of scars are offered. When opting for breast reduction, surgical techniques can vary greatly. Depending on the particularity of the case, one can opt for breast reduction with a vertical scar, or in an inverted T, or in an anchor. After aesthetic interventions on the breasts, hospitalisation is 24 hours. The final look will be visible one year after surgery, breast remodelling being one of the aesthetic interventions with the highest degree of satisfaction.

The satisfaction of my patients is my satisfaction. I invite you to share the experience of my patients. The photos and video materials presented on the website belong to real patients who have undergone aesthetic interventions.
